During a 45-minute virtual consultation, we'll review current eating habits, work-life, historical blood work, wearable data, and medical history as well as an initial strategy for optimizing long-term health and/ performance goals. 
Step 2 - Receive your personalized nutrition summary, includes: 
- Personalized daily meal & supplement recommendations
- 1-week sample meal plan personalized to your recommendations & lifestyle
- Exercise/ training recommendations personalized to your daily schedule
- Personalized macronutrient breakdown specific to your health goals. 
- Personalized lab panel requisition for future assessment (optional)
Step 3 - Follow-up Consultation (20-Minutes)
Two weeks following your initial appointment we'll complete a 20-minute, follow-up virtual consultation.
